Good Morning {{first name|Watch Nerds}}!
So that escalated quickly! After publishing my last edition of “Find Me A Watch,” another awesome reader (a young lady named Radha) reached out asking for the same. So here we are!
Again, this was a lot of fun and if you would like me to do this for you, head to my “upgrade” page to sign up for this service. ($25 helps support the newsletter)
I asked Radha if I could turn this into a newsletter, so here it is. I hope you enjoy it, again!

Option #1
Seiko Presage Cocktail Time (Limited Edition)
Dress Watch
Price: $575
Size: 30.3 mm
Movement: Automatic
Complications: Date
Color: Warm sunburst
Strap: Leather
Water Resistance: 50 m
Why I Picked It
This is a beautiful watch. The dial is unique And at 30 mm, the case size is perfect for most women. It’s classy and elegant and the leather strap adds to the sophisticated look. Seiko makes great watches, can never go wrong with them!
Option #2
MIDO Commander 1959
Dress Watch
Price: $820
Size: 23.5 mm
Movement: Automatic
Complications: Date & Day
Color: Gold on Gold
Strap: Steel
Water Resistance: 50 m
Why I Picked It
Mido is an often forgotten and unknown watch brand. I’ve had hands-on another watch in their lineup and they’re a brand everyone should consider. This watch is decked out in all gold. It’s on the smaller side at 23 mm but will be sure to add to your outfit with this gold on gold bling.
Option #3
Tissot PRX Powermatic 80
Everyday Watch
Price: $825
Size: 35 mm
Movement: Automatic
Complications: Date
Color: Gold on Gold
Strap: Gold tone Stainless Steel
Water Resistance: 100 m
Why I Picked It
I bought my wife this watch, but in a different color and recommended Tissot to other clients. All of them have a hard time taking it off their wrists. It has a great water resistance rating and a power reserve of 80 hours. When it comes to high-quality at this price point, Tissot is the winner.
Option #4
Certina DS Action Mother of Pearl Dial
Dive Watch
Price: $985
Size: 34.5 mm
Movement: Automatic
Complications: Date
Color: Mother of Pearl with Diamonds on Indices
Strap: Steel (Two-tone)
Water Resistance: 300 m
Why I Picked It
I wanted to throw an outlier in here. Certina makes incredible dive watches. What I LOVE about this dive watch is its water resistance and size. Wear it anywhere and being two-tone and 34 mm, it can be a unisex watch.
Option #5
Bulova Oceanographer Dual-Day (1978)
Vintage Dress Watch
Price: $350
Size: 35 mm
Movement: Automatic
Complications: Day and Date
Color: White/gold
Strap: Gold tone Stainless Steel
Water Resistance: 50 m
Why I Picked It
This is a recommendation that I found in my friend Seth’s shop at the Laughter Collection. Bulova has been making watches for a long time and this specific watch has a bit of history, as it’s from 1978 and at a great price.
